The Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Research and Media Group to launch an “Arabic manga” initiative that will be offered free of charge to primary and intermediate students.
This initiative will provide cultural content suitable for all age groups and aspire to provide high-quality, purposeful creative content through creative productions inspired by the culture of Saudi society and others translated from Japanese productions.

As pointed out Official Post The initiative will have the support of the Ministry of Education in providing the “Arabic Manga for Kids” magazine, in both print and digital versions, free of charge to all primary and middle schools, and benefiting from it in educational curricula and student activities, and holding various competitions among school students, including storytelling and character design.
This agreement was signed under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Dr. Hamad bin Muhammad Al Al-Sheikh, and in the presence of Ms. Jumana Al-Rashed, CEO of the Saudi Research and Media Group.
