Monster Hunter Rise will not support shared play and file sharing

Although it seems an expected feature today for massive games and not a difficult issue for Capcom, it is not that easy when it comes to Monster Hunter Rise.

The cross-play feature that brings together players from different platforms and the feature of sharing save files so you can move between one device to another without losing your progress, both are popular features today in the gaming world, but unfortunately they will not be available in Monster Hunter as announced by the official game account On Twitter after clarification that the development team looked into the matter and found that it was not possible to do so, and this will also include the Sunbreak expansion.

It is worth noting that the game was released exclusively for the Switch initially and later on January 12, 2022, it will be released for PC via Steam, so players expected that there would be some way to allow them to transfer the save file, but unfortunately that will not happen.
