Accused serial teen rapist Bowen Turner has been arrested again – this time for disorderly conduct after being caught stumbling through his South Carolina hometown drunk while serving his probation sentence.

The 19-year-old was booked into county jail on Monday morning in Orangeburg, but was released a short time afterwards after posting $257 in bond.

Local newspaper The State cites sheriffs’ department sources who say he was found stumbling down the middle of the street, reeking of alcohol.

It’s unclear if he has a court date yet.

DailyMail.com recently revealed how Bowen’s family had been contacting the parents of one of the girls who reported him, asking them to stop speaking publicly about her suicide because it was ‘dampening his bright future’.

The teenager is currently serving a five year probation sentence for assault and battery.

The sentence was part of a plea deal that he took in April instead of facing trial for sexually assaulting Chloe Bess.

Chloe was the third girl to have accused Bowen of rape. The first had her case dropped and both were underage at the time so the details have never been made public.

The second girl was Dallas Stoller. She accused Bowen of raping her at a party in 2018.

He was arrested for that assault in 2019 but was granted bail pending a court date.

While on bond for that alleged attack, Bowen attacked Chloe in June 2019.

Before her case went to trial, Dallas killed herself. After her death, prosecutors dropped the charges against him.

Her family say they were told that the case was not worth pursuing without her testimony.

In April this year, Bowen – whose father Walt previously worked for the DA – was given a plea deal which lowered the charge from one of sexual assault to assault and battery.

He was given a probationary sentence, which outraged the victim and her family.

In an interview with DailyMail.com, Chloe, describing the night he allegedly raped her, said: ‘All I remember after that is being on the ground looking up at the stars, completely aware of what’s going on.

‘I froze up. On the inside, I was yelling and wanting to kick and scream but it was like I was a dead body. It was an out of body experience.

‘I was like “I hope it’s quick so I can get up and run away.” I then found myself in the bathroom – I had leaves and twigs in my hair, my shirt was on wrong.’

She and her family want him to face a stricter punishment. They are also campaigning for Dallas’ case to be reopened.

Dallas’ sister Brette and her father Karl told DailyMail.com of the family’s disgust when Bowen’s parents and friends contacted them asking them to stop speaking about the case.

‘It’s deeply inappropriate. As if it wasn’t enough with Dallas, the bullying is just continuing,’ Dallas’ older sister Brette Tabatabai said.

A Change.org petition to reopen Dallas’ case has now gathered more than 13,000 signatures.
